Took my mum here and had the most wonderful experience. The staff was nice and knowledgeable at every turn. Kate was truly helpful, making sure my mother had everything she needed, even grabbing her a cup of water when she started coughing. She went above and beyond for her and I and grateful for that. We've been to a lot of doctors and this is the best experience we have had. Dr. Milone was a true gem as well. He spent time thoroughly listening to my mother's symptoms, checking out her hands, asking questions, and giving us so much helpful information. He was honest, knowledgeable, thorough, and very helpful to getting my mum the care she needed. Highly recommend seeing these guys, and Thank you to Kate and Dr. Milone!

Dr. Milone performed finger surgery for me, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, Dr. Milone demonstrated an exceptional level of expertise, precision, and compassion. The surgery was a complete success, and my recovery has been smoother than I anticipated. This doctor is amazing!

Kim, I really appreciate your assistance in this matter. I have to admit I was takin back by the generosity and willingness that you and your team offered, these days it is really hard to find a company / organization that really understands these situations and acts as you have with the upmost care for the patient him / herself. Apologies for the time it took to write back as holidays pull you in different directions and surgery with the new year came quick. I want share my experience before, during, and post operations. Its hard to pick a facility / doctor based upon others experiences and we do not share exact thoughts on situations presented on hand at time of care. I tried just using basics of morality and presentation, eye contact, attentiveness, name character reference. From web search to point of call for appointment everyone in the system was focused on me and my arrival. When checking in to the Washington office I was immediately welcomed and spoke to directly and clearly. Waiting time was not long and paperwork non strenuous. I was then called back to the patient check in to do basic questioning and vitals. The conversation and personalization and attention to me and my situation was very professional but was met with upmost care and concern, empathy at it best in understanding what I was going through. I truly felt like a friend not a patient. Then the x-rays to see what was happening, what was the cause of the breakdown of my daily function, the technician was polite, professional, and quick. Doctor review was soon to follow and the professionalism of Dr. Gorgy, explained that MRI will be needed to see the further extent of what was happening and soon was scheduled but ultimately would find the cause and provide the best remedy. Form the time of the MRI appointments and review of the results and explaining of what was causing my issues was so thorough and I finally had answers for my ailments. The procedure the explanation and the ultimate goal of healing me was assured in his capabilities to provide care and comfort. I had confidence that this was my doctor and my team. Surgery was discussed and scheduled. The staff at the hospital was awesome and very detailed booking all my appointments and following up with every box checked as we approached the day. Checking in to the hospital was fast and very friendly experience. The surgical team was professional courteous and answered all my questions. After care in the hospital very attentive and professional. The entire experience made me feel like a human not a number and would recommend Mid Jersey Ortho to anyone who asked. Finances are always an obstacle when having anything like this done but was never a cause of concern or even brought up just the well being of myself and making me a part of my family again healed and functioning. Thanks,
Paul I.

I called for an appointment on a Friday with a Trigger Finger injury to my tendon . By Wednesday I had a scheduled appointment for 10:45 . I got to the office by 10:25 ,by 10:30 i was registered , by 10:40 the nurse saw me ,by 10:45 i got x-rays and by 11:00 DR DECKER saw me and discussed the x-rays and possible treatments . DR Decker told me exactly what the results showed and after a brief discussion I chose a Steroid injection and by 11:15 I was out the door. The DR , Admin ,X-ray tech and staff were Great .

I can't say enough "good" about Dr Basra! Unfortunately, I shattered my ankle as well as dislocated it. I was truly blessed that Dr Basra happened to be on call that very painful, scary day. He explained the severity of my injury as well as the surgery thoroughly and listened and addressed all my concerns. The surgery was exceptional! His bedside manner is beyond professional, pleasant, kind and confident and again explained all my care if full detail. He was very attentive prior, then during my surgery, and throughout my recovery. He truly is the very, very BEST!!! Beyond exceptional!!!

I have been seeing Doctor Hood for a stress fracture in my foot. Doctor Hood has been thoughtful and considered in his treatment for the fracture. He always takes time to answer my questions and allay any concerns I have. He is always on time. The entire office is well run, and I never have to wait more than a few minutes before I am taken to the patient room.

I felt Dr. Gorgy is nothing more than a pseudo fogger and immature doctor lacking basic general IQ and EQ. Incorrect instructions and information in PT document. More importantly, he refused to see the radiological images and examine Thoracic and Lumbo-Sacral area to corelate the pretty detailed written symptoms provided to him for a bed-ridden patient. Wasted 8 months time with wrong PT instructions and diagnosis (rather no diagnosis) of a bedridden patient. Asked the patient to return after 6 months, spent two (2) minutes with the patient with a smirky smile and charged insurance company as 30 minutes spent..! And more importantly, he again refused to see Lumbo-Sacral and Thoracic area MRI/CT/X-Ray images. A disgrace for doctor community.!!! This feedback has tangible evidences to each statement and this feedback is left after first complaining to Midjersey Orthopaedic at Bridgewater NJ. If an attempt is made by this doctor to remove this feedback, please ask me for tangible evidence of truth before removal.

Dr. Gordon performed my total hip replacement via the SuperPath technique. Recovery was so much easier than I anticipated with minimal pain and soreness. Surgery was late afternoon, so I was kept overnight for observation. The next morning I easily walked several laps around the orthopedic wing unassisted using a walker. I walked 1/2 mile 2 days later and 1 mile within a week around my neighborhood. Dr. Gordon is quite professional and went above and beyond to help address my situation. I highly recommend Dr. Gordon for hip replacements.

Scoliosis surgery (spinal fusion/Harrington Rod) 40 + years ago and was having issues which I believed were spine related. I had an appt with Dr Caruso and was diagnosed with an unexpected hip issue. Dr Caruso recommended follow up with Dr St John. I now have a new right hip and have to say post surgery a heartfelt Thank You Dr St John for giving me back my ability to walk pain free!

For years I suffered with what I thought was a back issue and I went to Mid-Jersey Orthopedics and saw Dr. St. John to find out it was a hip issue. By the time I saw him my hip was rubbing bone on bone. It was unbearable and I needed a hip replacement. He took his time, answered all questions. Day of the surgery again, fantastic. Took his time with me before the surgery. He answered any last-minute questions. He told me everything single thing to expect. Recovery was as expected. Never had one single issue. So here we are 17Jul2024 and you would never know that last March I had a total hip replacement. I can't thank Dr. St John enough. I feel like a new woman. Thank you, Dr. St John!

Thankfully, Dr Torino took the time to explain what was going to happen and made me feel in good hands. I’m so grateful for the entire staff but especially Dr Torino!

Dr. Wang saw our young teenage daughter after a shoulder injury in gymnastics. He was comprehensive, patient, explained everything, answered all our questions, and educated her throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain both x-ray and MRI test results and as a Sports Ortho, we felt he knew what he was doing and talking about. He took the time to guide her on how to safely return to the sport to prevent re-injury. Being in the medical profession myself, it’s rare that I feel a doctor was thorough, comprehensive and took the time with a patient without making them feel rushed or unimportant. Even though we hope we never need an ortho for anything, we will gladly see Dr. Patrick Wang again should we have any sports or other related ortho injuries. Thank you for calming my daughter’s anxiety about returning to gymnastics and encourage her to self-advocate and listen to her body.
